I read the Wall Street Journal. That's the paper of choice for me. I think it's the last decent newspaper and it's still not perfect.
So on the HVAC article, I remember it because a friend, a buddy of mine on Long Island who started an HVAC business in 2019, he had $15,000 he pulled out of his 401k, whatever, and bought a van, equipment and took a class. The dude just bought a $3 million home. And I went to his housewarming party and I'm like, what the fuck happened? Like I missed something, like something got lost in translation and guess what? It's HVAC.
So it's like, it's so insane. And all it takes is you get one good contract with one building and then that becomes word of mouth, especially in a city like New York, where there's no shortage of work in the business. So yeah, that's a great article that you mentioned and I think it's pretty funny.
