It's a much more Republican state than people think. And if you actually look at the votes that the president got here last year, there's enough Republicans which has got to get them out to vote on, you know, for the governor's race next year in a midterm election, where you typically get a lower turnout.
SourceThe other point I'd make is that I really see, and I've said this many times, but I'll say it to all of you, which is the model here is what I first talked about when I had my talk show, you know, right at the beginning of the Trump, you know, in 2016, at the beginning of all of that new populist revolution.
My show was called The Next Revolution. I spoke about the opportunity for the Republican Party to become a multiracial working class coalition. And I think that is the path in California where it's particularly now, you know, Latinos, the mority here, well not the mority, the largest group, 40 percent.
Oh, it's going to be amazing. I love it. It's wonderful.
So super happy, , you got me to do this. And yes, definitely many more. Well, of course, we'll figure something out.
We'll do that. I know you're being humble today and not mentioning the poll. We didn't even talk about it that much, but you are leading.
You did flip Katie. And Katie Porter, just for the record, scares the snot out of me, and I'm a very large man. You've met me.
Sorry, I had to make a tease. But anyways, Mike, anything, Barbie, Steve, I appreciate it. The conversation will continue.
We'll still be here, Steve. Yeah, it's OK. It's all right.
You can take off. But I'll go. I'll go next if you want.
Go ahead. OK, yeah. So I just want to I just want to say I think, yeah, starting with the fires is a really good thing to do, because I think it will.
