when you flag any post , then you will lose money , flagging posts by rich members will not make them lose as the daily interest rates will cover their losss as they have millions, but for a new member like you, it is meaning, you lose RC, you lose voting power and then steem . . . fool --- do not down vote others - this the best advice for you here in this platform
