I can understand the concern over the plummeting prices. I believe Steem has a bright future for many of the reasons that you stated.
I have powered up recently and will again soon. I just need to win back some of my followers or find new ones.

Yes, we can all understand why people would be worried but as we know just over a year ago the prices were a lot lower than this. They will go up and down since we operate in such an uncertain marketplace but for all of us who believe in the future its about accumulation more SP rather than following the prices. I know that it will come back up it's just a matter of where it settles in a few years.
Like you, i have topped up a bit more recently as i just couldn't pass up such a good opportunity. When i started on here accounts with 1000sp seemed huge to me so it's nice to have passed that out and aiming for dolphin status next. All i need to do is try and add new and active followers along the way as a lot of mine have faded out over the past year. There are still plenty good people on here and it's actually easier to find them at the moment as a lot of the spammers have left since the prices went down. Always a bright side.
