Another amazing episode. I thought - oh no, it's too long - but once I started reading it just flows along from one outrageous adventure to the next. I love that you made your architectural model from polo mints on the beach. That is just so hilarious and cool. And the way you got this whole thing together with no money - just vision, belief, willpower, trust in the goodness of human nature and a totally cosmic sense of timing - just being in the right place at the right time and doing what needs to be done.
