Today is my baby boys birthday! He is officially one years old. Rory is my first parrot and man has it been the greatest experience of my life. I thought getting a dog for the first time back in 2010 was a life changing experience but now I'm even more blessed as I have an amazing bird who is very much a toddler. He's super smart and sweet but also a major brat. His favorite thing to say right now is I love you. I remember his first word. It was baby because I always call him my baby boy. The fact he was born on April fool's day is just perfect as he's a little trickster.
