So this publishing thing is quite an adventure.
I have now completed the final edit of my book. I thought it was pretty much done a few months ago but hiring a professional editor really helped tidy it up and hopefully create the best version of the novel. Ten years out of uni and I had forgotten a bit about punctuation and grammar and little details like that. Oops!
Anyway, next month marks ten years since I had the first ideas for this novel, and the scenes I first wrote are even in the first chapter now.
The next step is the cover art and formatting and so on.
But the writing itself is FINALLY complete. Yay!
And that to me is an achievement in itself.
