And it will change nothing because most users will stay with Facebook and Google instead of ruling privacy over comfort (although I can not see any comfort in the crap of Facebook). It's like, why the heck people use still Google search engine (there are alternatives), Facebook, WhatsApp (Why not Signal?), Google Playstore (hey, you can get rid of all the spyware)?
For the majority, it will become worse, while others need to borrow the majority's identities to stay under the radar.

It's so true, which sucks.
Repeating pattern in my life, the truth sucks, over and over again. But I prefer to see the sucking truth over swallowing the blue pill. :D
