Hi Steemians, good day!Let me share to you my observation and insights about the War on Drugs in our country,Philippines. The Duterte administration has been very vigilant on their war against drugs. Yes it seems to be very noble but its backfire is really not humane anymore. A drug convict or addict needs justice but where is justice behind those EJK's? Even the most heinous criminal can still have one but it seems that’s its not going their way.

The administration's campaign has led to more than 12000 of deaths including minors and civilians which are composed of majority of innocent citizens. Justice is everyone's right but seems like it’s not served anymore. The campaign has been very effective in some ways; declaring drug free barangays, multiple big time drugs busting activities and even investigation about the government employees on the narcotic list, But the question is, will this War on drugs an effective propaganda that Pres. Duterte must continue on?

In Duterte's speeches, he always mention that drug issues will be resolved within 3 months here in the Philippines, but where is that 3months now?

It’s been years since the "Oplan Tokhang" has started. A lot of different comments are been thrown here. Others say that its becoming unlawful because killing becomes the new way to arrest drug criminals, while other say that its really helpful because it filters and make up a peaceful community. A peaceful community? How come? Is killing innocents a way to show peace? Was putting civilians to jail a way to show humanity? Absolutely none. If this campaign will invade oour community, probably more and more Filipinos will suffer from the unlawful killings of the stone-hearted policemen.

Justice is not a dream before. It is something that is fairly given to those who needs it. But living in today's generation? I can say that Justice is nothing but a wish.

All the best,
