Maybe it was psychological but I've been so depressed over the prospect I had to give up cheese, it's been a hard couple of months. I like Mexican food and that usually entails a lot of cheese. Though I discovered it doesn't taste half bad without it. My son stops by tonight, he has a box with him. I asked him what was in the box, he said chips and cheese. I told him I can't have that. He said it wasn't like normal chips and cheese, it was some cheese sauce, can't remember what he called it, think it started with a g. I open the box and it had the sauce, meat, tomatoes and green peppers. I told him I'd try one. Within minutes it's like I felt better than I had in months, lol. I ate some more, still feelin' better than I have in months. I'll have to look for that cheese you recommended.
Hi there - great to hear from you, hope life has been going well. With cheeses, finding ones with the animal rennet makes the world of difference!
Good to hear from you again also. I was interested in looking around for that cheese, might have to go to a speciality store to find it. Usually if something is healthier it's more expensive, the more expensive the less likely it's a main staple at regular stores.
