Awww poor kitties! At least you found them and were able to take them to the vet and then onwards to a new home. π
...and needless to say the symptoms of getting less young physically had increased.
I feel that! Almost every day I'm moaning about getting old and being broken. My back! My legs! My neck!! Aches and pains! Getting old is not for the faint-hearted.

I personally find it interesting to learn about other people in other places. And get a rude awakening to know that if we have a power outage here, it's merely a nuisance for maybe an hour or so, but for you, and for many others, it takes a far larger toll and is part of a far greater issue. π¬π

Every place in the world has it's own issues, troubles, and merits. Some places just get fewer of the latter π our job is to make the best we can out of wherever we are.
At least over here the power problems and most of the other issues were a direct result of the war, and will be overcome ermm.. Soon. π π
Some other places in the world have it worse without any wars.
