Since it's in local time for me it's a CST to EST shift of one hour forward in EST to 20:43 PM or 8:43 PM Putting after the Images was dropped. Meaning it was posted, then edited to reflect the image. The images was created at 12:10:08 PM 2/21/18 and submitted 10:37:05 PM. That is a UTC Time on the AP website. That means the images was dropped at 5:37 EST and stand for about 2 hours until Q posted it has comms.

Then we have an ANON coming in to confirm the image that was posted to AP within an hour of Q's post. The confirm happened the next day. Yet it was in the news much after. It seems the only people what should have known about the time would be a photographer that got the AP update then posted to match. We get a person to make a post and create a "comms" confirm.
