⭐Magic, romance, witches and demons 🌒

🔮Good readers! How are you? The book in question is Kingdom of Wicked by the author Kerri Maniscalco that has unexpectedly entered my top ten of my favorite books 2021. And is that this story has achieved a successful combination of romance, magic, fantasy and demons while maintaining a credibility and a logical order of the world that the author has built. Although some plot twists and a much more intense ending were missing for me, I still like the scenarios of that reality, and apparently the second book comes to cover all these little problems.

🔮But first the most important thing, what is it about? And first, a recommendation DO NOT READ THE SYNOPSIS, because it's going to tell something very crucial about Emilia and her sister Vittoria, and it's better not to know it. Both descendants and heirs of a very old lineage of witches in Italy (the story is set in the late nineteenth century), and for one thing and another, the twins find themselves brushing against the practices of black magic and crossing paths with the Princes of Hell, among them the Prince of the House Wrath (Ira in English). And so far my summary, just warn you that the enemies to lovers relationship that appears in this book between Emilia and Wrath is very addictive, you will not stop reading. In my case I finished it in less than 24 hours 🙊❤️

🔮Although it is a trilogy only the first two are published, and if you search the deep web you will find them translated by fans (guilty) but I can't wait to have them in physical 🥺♥️. Lastly, there is an excellent historical reference to the witch hunts in Italy in the 16th and 17th century, beautifully done.

🔮Buenas lectorxs! Cómo están?. El libro en cuestión es Kingdom of Wicked de la autora Kerri Maniscalco que ha entrado inesperadamente en mí top ten de mis libros favoritos 2021. Y es que está historia ha logrado una combinación exitosa entre romance, magia, fantasía y demonios manteniendo una credibilidad y un orden lógico del mundo que ha construido la autora. Aunque faltaron para mí gustó algunos plot twist y un final mucho más intenso, me siguen gustando los escenarios de esa realidad, y al parecer el segundo libro viene a cubrir todos estos problemitas!

🔮Pero primero lo más importante, de que se trata? Y antes, una recomendación NO LEAN LA SINOPSIS, ya que va a contar algo muy crucial sobre Emilia y su hermana Vittoria, y es mejor no saberlo. Ambas descendientes y herederas de un linaje de brujas muy antiguo en Italia (la historia está ambientada a finales del siglo XIX), y por una cosa y otra, las gemelas se encuentran rozando las prácticas de la magia negra y cruzándose con los Príncipes del Infierno, entre ellos el Príncipe de la Casa Wrath (Ira en español). Y hasta aquí mí resumen, solo advertirles que la relación enemies to lovers que aparece en este libro entre Emilia y Wrath es muy adictiva, no van a parar de leer. En mí caso lo termine en menos de 24 horas 🙊❤️

🔮Si bien es una trilogía solo se encuentran publicados los primeros dos, y si buscan en la deep web los encontrarán traducidos por fans (culpable) pero no veo la hora de tenerlos en físico 🥺♥️. Por último, hay una excelente referencia histórica de la caza de brujas en Italia del siglo XVI y XVII, bellísimo.
