I'm worried about the same thing as a year ago.

Philosophers don't tell you not to control your desires.
To find out what one's true desires are.
say it is a virtue

How far should I be honest with my friend? ( utilitarianism and human relations)

You wait for your birthday every year. You throw a party on every birthday. Spend an ecstatic day with friends gathered for you. What you look forward to most on your birthday is a gift. Not if you are snobbish. Gifts are symbols that you are loved. You feel a friend's affection in a present. Each gift spews out beauty. All gifts are prepared to please you.

The opening of the gift is usually after dinner. You are impatient to open the present quickly while eating. It's dessert time when you finally finish your meal. You finally open the presents one by one.

Every gift makes you happy. Gifts remind you of your life. Your face is full of joy. You finally open your best friend's gift. You're up to your expectations. But you get embarrassed when you see the sweater in front of you. You get dazed and your face hardens. 'What is it? This rusticness.' The sweater was very rustic. It seemed like a friend was trying to make a fool of you on purposely. But you force a smile.
