Lisa Hodorovych answered many of the questions that were left unanswered in "The Disappearance" within the pages of "He's Here!" Ashlynn is worried about her "brothers" upon hearing about all of the destruction that is taking place at Lake Minnetaha. However, she is now working with her husband in their quest to find unusual creatures but they would now need permission from the network to take the trip to see what's going on near the family cabin. What she doesn't know is that someone (or something) is waiting for her return and not for a good reason.
Published last year by Quoth the Writer, L.L.C., her own company, Hodorovych has a writing style that made me feel like I was part of Ashlynn's family. I could visualize sitting on the family couch next to Roman, Kaden and Glen as they romanticized their exploits from past years. I could feel the frustration from Jack whenever Ashlynn's stubbornness took control. In addition, I could also envision the hate that Cillian was harboring inside him. I got the feeling that I was in the middle of a beauty and the beasts story. And let's not forget about the family friend that Ashlynn thought she could trust!
Once again, I am not going to give too much away because I feel that potential readers need to read these two books themselves and take away their own interpretations of the story. "He's Here!" does on the surface appear to come to a happy conclusion. But does any horror story really end? My impression is that it may not be over! A pregnant woman went through a lot of trauma. Is Ashlynn remembering everything that happened at Lake Minnetaha when she made entries into her journal? Either way, I am looking forward to whatever else comes from the mind of Lisa Hodorovych.
Yeehaw! This blog post has more twists and turns than a wild mustang in a storm! Lisa Hodorovych's storytelling is like a campfire tale that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Can't wait for more adventures from this talented writer!
