When the one star reviews are make the book look even more interesting

Until I listened to the interview with Anthony S. Luciano Raimondi I didn't really know much about the mafia, its code or true history in Italy or North America. I was never interested and have never watched The Godfather trilogy growing up, however I am interested now.

So, I click the affiliate link in the shownotes and read a couple reviews from the book. This one made me chuckle.

This book was written by a very under-educated mafioso so the limited vocabulary is not surprising, and neither is the coarse language. If I was buying this book I would expect that.

What made me really chuckle is the reviewer criticizing the fact that the author has not studied a dictionary with such a badly formed sentence.

Overall the reviews are all over the place, but most of the 1 or 2 star reviews are about people not believing the stories. I trust Jordan Harbinger, and I don't believe that he would have this guy on his show unless he was able to corroborate at least that they could be true.

I will add it to my list of maybe reads, there are a lot of books in the must read queue, so unless we start traveling again and I find myself on a beach somewhere, I don't think I will be reading this anytime soon.
