The fifth audiobook you can get using "Send this book" offer. Basically, you can ask any Audible user (for example me) to send you a book that they have in their library and the first one you receive is free.
Remember to deactivate your subscription before trial ends (30 days) - otherwise you will be charged a monthly fee. The books stay available on your account forever! You can deactivate the gold membership as soon as you have all 5 books in library!

Important:

Be sure it says "Get 2 on us when you start today" on the free trial page from which you register. The normal free trial that is available on Audible.com gives just 1 credit!
You have to give your credit card number when you register. They block some small amount on it ($1 I think) to confirm it is legit, but they don't charge anything during trial.
If you wish to stay on Audible after trial, it's always worth it to try to deactivate the account. They often display a special offer before a confirmation screen, for example 3 months of golden membership for $7.50 instead of $15.
If you don't like the book, you can return it and get the credit back if you have the membership active.
