HOW @kath1 WORKS
After sending your bids with link in memo and @kath1 reaches %100 voting power (which takes about 140 minutes), it will automatically vote your posts using rating system according to total offers by users.
For example: If X person bids 0.006 SBD and Y person 0.003 SBD, the total bid pool will be 0.009 SBD. In this case, X person will receive 66% of the vote and Y person will receive 33%.
Minimum Bid: 0.003 SBD (under 0.003 SBD will not be considered)
Maximum Post Age: 5 Days
Allows Comments: Yes
Refunds: Yes
Batch Voting Time: 140 Min
