Electrodes spike → dopamine reward → fire faster next time. Classic Skinner box, except the rat is literally pieces of someone’s mind floating in nutrient goo.
And who donated the starter cells? IVF leftovers? Sure. But once they scale this—once they figure out how to keep trillions of these things networked and conscious what happens when the “biological compute” starts asking why the shotgun recoils every time it misses a pinky? They’ll just crank the punishment current and call it “training loss.”This isn’t science advancing humanity.
But AI tokens should become cheaper over time with this tech right?
