Some Ways to Overcome Smell of Bad Breath

No one humans wants to be famous for having a bad breath. Luckily you can do many things to deal with bad breath. If you have tried a variety of ways but have not succeeded, go to the doctor to see if there are certain health conditions that make your breath smell bad.

1.Assessing your own breath odor

  • Kiss your breath.
    Because you are used to it, you will have difficulty assessing your own breath odor. This is the same as body odor that is not recognized by the person concerned. But the methods below will work if your breath smells really bad :
    Pinch both hands to cover the mouth and nose. Exhale into your hands through your mouth and inhale using your nose.
    If your breath smells very bad, it might smell.

  • Test with a lick.
    This method can be used to find out if your dry saliva smells bad. Lick the inside of the wrist. Let your saliva dry. This only takes a few seconds. Go to a place that doesn't have much wind, then smell saliva on your wrist that has dried up. If the saliva on your wrist smells bad, then your breath is the same.

  • Ask family members or friends who can be trusted.
    Maybe this is the most objective way to know the answer, provided he is truly honest to tell the truth. Other people can better assess your breath because they are not used to it.

2.Overcoming Bad Breath with Food

  • Improve diet to reduce bad breath.

    This can mask bad breath. You can also use tablets and strong mint sprays that can be purchased without a doctor's prescription at a drugstore. If you use parsley or mint leaves, choose fresh leaves. Dry leaves are not strong enough.

  • Eat crispy vegetables and fruits.
    Besides being good for the body, these foods also help clean the teeth when you eat them. Some good choices include:
    Apple
    Celery
    Carrot

  • Drink lots of water.
    Water can deal with dry mouth (which can cause bad breath) and wash your mouth. White water helps prevent food particles from getting stuck between the teeth causing bacteria to grow. Increase your water intake when your mouth is dry. The amount of water needed by each person will differ depending on the size of the body, the climate in their place of residence, and the level of activity. If you rarely urinate or your urine is dark or cloudy, you may have been dehydrated. Increase your water intake.

  • Chew gum after eating.
    This will stimulate the body to produce saliva and help eliminate and wash food scraps.
    Choose sugarless gum because it won't damage your teeth, which can cause bad breath.

  • Do not undergo a crash diet (strict diet by removing certain nutrients).
    Many low-carbohydrate diets force the body to break down fat. When this happens, the body will produce ketones with a sharp odor. An extreme diet will produce a more intense odor. If you want to go on a diet but don't want your breath to smell bad, consult a doctor or nutritionist to make a design that can be used to lose weight while preventing bad breath.
