3 hafta süresince kesintisiz öksürüyorsanız ve bu öksürük geceleri uykunuzda size problem yaratıyorsa
Hafifte olsa ateşiniz 5-6 gündür hiç geçmiyorsa ve 38 ve daha üzeri bir ateşlenme yaşıyorsanız
Aşırı balgamlı bir öksürük var ise ve bu balgamın rengi yeşilse yahut kanlıysa
Nefes alıp verirken hırıltılar yaşıyorsanız ne olursa olsun bir doktora görünmelisiniz.
Bronşit Tedavisi
Kronik bronşit genel anlamda bir komplikasyona sebebiyet vermeden iyileşme gösterir. Bronşit tedavisi hastadan hastaya değişiklik göstermektedir çünkü tedavi yapılan muayene sonucunda saptanan bulgulara gore yapılır. Eğer hasta sigara kullanıyorsa sigara içmeyi bırakmalı eğer bısayııyorsa bile en azından bir müddet ara vermelidir. Bronşit tedavisinde süre hastalığın şiddetine bağlı olarak değişim gösterir ve bir hafta ile 2 hafta arasında bir iyileşme süreci yaşanır. Öncelerden akut bronşitin tedavisi amacıyla kullanılan antibiyotikler artık kullanılmamaktadır çünkü bakteriler antibiyotiklere karşı dirençli hale geliyor. Doktorunuz antibiyotik tedavisini yalnız lüzumlu görürse uygular bu gereklilik kronik bir şekilde akciğer problemi yaşayan hastalar için geçerlidir.
