It's just a hobby. I really don't know shit. I just use that browsers developer tool that I use mostly at the time I do some web designing. Now it's Vivaldi and as Vivaldi sometimes still puzzles me for being a bit weird, I double check stuff with Chrome and FireFoxes developer tool. I have no idea which of those is the best.
