Hi @ azharuddin, i hope you will be fine, for success in steemit you have to post strong and attractive articles. So that people should be attached with you and follow you. Then after success, whatever you join the programme and try to advertise through steemit, people will join. But at the starting no will join to your programme as everyone is woringin pivot.
