I think this cycle has been subject to pure market manipulation by the institutional investors (Wall Street, governments, banks, etc.) this artificially suppressed prices and kept price-action going sideways. I've heard trillions of dollars are waiting on the sidelines to invest in Bitcoin after the US's CLARITY bill passes. We will see though.

Yeah, the US government has been heavily involved so far and this wasn't always the case in previous cycle. I agree that there has been price manipulation and I also want to think other issues have played a huge role.
Let's see if this Bill will pass and the impact it's likely to make.
