I have been working under the assumption they will start payments at the end of August and it will take some months. I was assuming by the end of the year. I do not think this will have as big of an impact as people have been thinking it will be. Certainly many will sell, but I would think they would take the USD option anyway. I am assuming most are gonna hold.
