I Knew Something Was Wrong With Lord of the Flies

Recently Paul Tudor Jones has revealed that he has up to 2% in BTC (very bullish).
J.K. Rowling is trying to grasp the concept (https://twitter.com/jk_rowling).
That Bitcoin is an unbreakable Gringotts bank is something she could related to (https://harrypotter.fandom.com/wiki/Gringotts_Wizarding_Bank). We live in exciting times for sure.

According to Chinese astrology, it is a bad year for a dog in the year of the dog and so forth.
Know I read from multiple places that rats are starving in NYC because closed restaurants, just like pigs died en masse due to swine pest in the year of the pig. Perhaps the Lindy effect tells us that astrology is not so bogus after all. At least it seems to be somewhat predictive for unknown reasons.

I found this cool article in the Guardian about the real Lord of the flies (https://www.theguardian.com/books/2020/may/09/the-real-lord-of-the-flies-what-happened-when-six-boys-were-shipwrecked-for-15-months?mc_cid=3f9644b5b8&mc_eid=3d8478d6a6).

TLDR: It turns out that the result was exactly the opposite of the fiction.

The boys took great care of each other and managed to collect resources.

I always thought that the LoF was too pessimistic. Boys are pretty good at collaboration from a very young age, because...obviously... they need those skills to survive as men.
However, feminist propaganda and fake fictions, such as LoF, portrays boys as vile and cruel.
I hope to see more such positive spins.

Have a nice Sunday and hive on!
