Post Oak Motor became the first Rolls-Royce, Bugatti and Bentley dealership in the country to accept payment in Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash, an exhibition owned by Tillman Vertita. In an official press release issued on 5 September, the company announced that it would partner with BitPay to enable luxury car enthusiasts to purchase using selected digital currencies. Speaking on the subject, Tilman Vertita said:
"With Bitcoin's growing popularity, as a luxury car dealer, I always want to offer my customers the best buying experience. This partnership will allow anyone around the world to buy our vehicles faster and easier"
It is a matter of increasing attention
According to Sony Singh, commercial director of BitPay, the timing of Post Oak Motors was very accurate, as digital currency enthusiasts grew more interested in using it to make big purchases. He said to Singh:
"We've seen an increase in the number of people who prefer to make larger purchases using Bitcoin, because it's a simple way to make payments. The partnership comes at the right time with the increasing popularity of Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Bugatti. Post Oak Motors also has a good reputation for selling the best cars and we are very pleased to partner with Tillman. "
