In very simple terms Skycoin aims to crate a central hub from which anyone can access all exchanges
It's a tremendously ambitious project which would change everything if it succeeded. Imagine only needing to use one exchange to buy from every exchange.
However the technical difficulties would be immense. Even with compliant exchanges they'd be a long way from having a working product. In all likelihood exchanges would be hostile to losing their autonomy and make things challenging for Skycoin.
My tip: Might be worth a speculative punt IF you can get in cheaply. Otherwise watch this space.
