Chipmunks - belong to the genus of rodents from the squirrel family. There are 25 kinds of these funny animals. Most chipmunks live in North America, except for one Eurasian species - Asian, or Siberian, chipmunk. Of all rodents, chipmunks are most suitable for room keeping. A beautiful fur coat, fluffy tail, activity and grace of chipmunks, like many of their habits, resemble squirrel. But in size, chipmunk is less protein and this is essential when keeping in an apartment. And it's very funny and cute creatures, which are incredibly nice to watch!
