since we hate self-voting, we have to heal each others comments. @acidyo @joshman
Also Acid please hit @flysky's comments (which are already grayed out) with 100%. We need to get his rep down.
Since he is a blacklisted spammer @flysky should have a 0 rep, not 72
Makes sense to drop him first since he is already lower than doby. He also likes to downvote the comments of bystanders, so no sense in letting him drop their rep as well. I don't really care about my comments. I think people are more likely to read them.
They are both refusing to comment, so the point could be moot.
It actually makes no difference to me. I was upvoting that comment just for other public that use steemit for example. I use @esteemapp which does not grey out comments or posts... therefore is irrelevant when I read stuff.
On mobile we added feature to auto hide comments if author reputation is low, we are thinking to add it into Surfer as well. What do you think?
I would like to be the one to redefine what I consider "low", having an option to specify if something is lower than X, don't show. Or if you disable it, to show everything.
You can set a "default" for low. But I think that allowing the option to change it, is way more interesting. To be honest I would just consider NOT showing stuff that is "negative". But I know there are exceptions depending on very specific circumstances (probably not worth discussing).
In the future, (as a feature) I would love to see how much reputation that user changed (per week) as +XX or -XX kind of sign. This will allow users to better understand what they dealing with in terms of reputation. For example, me, in this case, would quickly notice that something was going on, at the post, because I would probably see lots of changes in reputation from everyone being downvoting.
=) Hopefully other users could say something about this too.
Very interesting ideas 💡
