Salve a tutti, oggi voglio mostrarvi un progetto che ho fatto un po di tempo fa.
Per problemi lavorativi non ho potuto continuare la 2 parte della scritta "i love you" con orologio incassato.Ma non vi preoccupate la riprenderò presto!
Ma veniamo a noi provo a descrivere come e stato realizzato.
O cominciato con tagliare un pezzo di ulivo con la sega a nastro di circa 3x3 cm.
Fatto il foro al centro ed inserito un perno da 8 mm con filettatura per montarlo al tornio.
Poi ho tornito il pezzo in ulivo per creare la forma voluta, ed arrivare al diametro esatto del componente cromato come potete vedere dalla foto ,ho messo una freccia in modo che sia più comprensibile.
Una volta arrivato a misura e forma finita ho carteggiato sempre con tornio in rotazione, partendo da una 220 fino ad arrivare ad una 400/500 ,levato dal tornio e verniciato.
Il giorno dopo ho passato un po di lana acciaio finissima ,poi ho verniciato di nuovo,poi ancora lana acciaio finissima e per finire cera d'api .
E queste sono alcune foto del risultato finale..!!!!!
Tra l'altro io sono innamorato delle venature dell'olivo sono spettacolari non trovate?
La prossima volta non mancherò di postare come ho fatto per le penne e l'astuccio le foto di tutto il procedimento.
