I think it’s a good choice, both for the personal reasons and business sense. I can understand restaurants and more generalized goods being under pressure... if someone can’t get their meal or BBQ item that day then they do lose a sale to a competitor down the road who stayed open. For more niche & specialty shops, I honestly believe more of the revenue is just deferred to other days. Great graphic you cooked up for it too!

That is pretty much how I looked at it. If someone is so impatient that must spend their money that day, then they can drive 45 minute to the next shop that is sort of like mine and spend their money there. But I think that most will wait a day.

And thanks for the complement on the graphic!
