The age of the WebAgent is coming to an end. The web agent is also becoming an elusive market without being an e-visual provider that can optimize mobile and search. The name "web agency" is a website builder, and it is hard to give the impression that it is a technology and growth company. So we recommend switching to an e-Visiting provider. So I'd like to leave a message on how we can implement our sales strategy.

First, unlimited consulting

This may be true for companies with consulting skills, but it's hard for each part of the company to actually get the right answer from the meeting if they don't have consulting skills by default.

That's why salespeople should approach us with the intention of bringing in the next seven, even if we give them 6 now. This is part of the company's strategy and strategy, but it should always be ready to run when companies find it, whether on weekdays or weekends. That's why the role of team leaders in each part is very important. When the company can also come up with compensation plans for these team leaders and provide specific benefits, this will be a win-win system for each other.

Second, useful information that can only be provided by our company

Third, is our company reorganizing around mobile?

Now, all the web-based platforms are mobile.
I'm sure it will continue to be mobile.

I think mobile is also overwhelming in traffic on portal sites.
In that regard, we need to check whether the websites of the target companies are mobile optimized or web search optimized for portal sites.

If you don't have this part, you can go and visit and talk about it.
You can create a new relationship by talking about it and helping with what you need.

Fourth, the direction the web agents have to move forward.

The web sites are making apps, and the home page is reorganizing around mobile.

Are there a flood of technologies related to digital devices, such as wearables, FinTech, the Internet of Things, and the Internet of Everything? We have to think about whether we're looking at this.

The higher the quality of the client, the more professional the seller needs. The part of a meeting should not be approached as universal based on some knowledge of many aspects. You have to be a master craftsman who is familiar with certain fields, so the role of team leaders in each part is important.

The unlimited consulting proposed above should be supported by team leaders in each part, namely the PM in each part with expertise, and by supporting PMs to improve their performance.

The current mobile market is mature. That's why you need to be able to analyze market trends. With the expansion from mobile to wearables and the Internet of Things starting to expand, I think the popularity of voice recognition technology and the desire of people to access new services from non-mobile like an artificial platform will continue to grow.

And I don't think the service we provide will ever change. It's just a change in the way it's implemented, a shift from PC to mobile, and now it's on the move to another platform. I think it's important to find what we need to do here.
