It happens many time that we get a good opportunity which can make a huge difference but due to lack of money we can't grab an amazing offer.

So here is a strategy.

So how can you buy a business without money.
Let us deal this with an example Suppose you are a jewellery shop owner and there is another jewellery shop owner let's say Smith and there are only two shop in your area.

Now Smith is too old want to sell his shop, an amazing offer if you own both shops all customers are your, but Smith is asking $12k and you have nothing...
No problem..

Now here our strategy works,
Just think If you buy the shop who will be benefit from the deal...think

Smith (shop owner), your vendor and ofcourse you, so what you have to do is simple give a high offer to persons who are getting benefit.

Go to your vendor who is supplying 40k worth jewellery anually now your offer if he give you will take $100k worth of jewellery anually for 15 year of agreement (you can sell if you own both shops) but in return he has to give you $6k, still it's a good deal for vendor 150% increase in supply for 15 years no problem easy deal.

Now second beneficial person Smith the shop owner, go to him and give an offer you are buying his shop for $14k (his asking price is $12k) what...!!!
Why...??

But here is your proposal you buy the shop for $14k but you can give $7k now and rest he can take in installments per month (set rate under your profit) and Smith is getting $2k extra money.. good deal

So now Smith is happy your vendor is happy and you're also happy..
