You have decided to walk regularly to keep yourself fit, but keep these tips in mind:
Cross yourself
Do not expect to walk miles after mile at the beginning. First of all move your normal walk to that speed. But slowly, just like it takes you 15 minutes to walk a kilometer, but try now in 12 minutes to overcome that path. This way, gradually increase the distance of the path by decreasing the time.
Not for shoes style
Wear comfortable shoes, it is most important for a walk. If you want to walk fast, choose the right size boots for feet. Go shopping and walk after a few minutes after socks and shoes.
Make the truck
Currently the fitness trucker is quite popular. Keep the trucker on the go. How much is going on in it, how much the path is passing, all the calories burned by it. This will help you to plan your route and fix your exercise routines.

If you work in the office, there is a weekly holiday. Similarly, the body also works hard to walk. So give yourself a day off. Take a break in weekly breaks, in which the body is more efficient afterwards.
