Are you a leader or a followers do people follow you or you are a follower, humility is the number one quality of a great lead, good leadership is a key factor to the spread of the gospel one must be called or sent before one is appointed to the position of authority, one does not just collect power! Power must be bestowed by the lord.
Just because you are a leader it doesn't mean your followers have no say or right to express their views and opinions on matters that affect the body of Christ. One has to be careful especially asign or appointed to a position of leadership.
