RE: The Death of Haggen's Grocery Store - Coronado California

HiMy God, Sharon! I probably would have run out of there screaming looking at their prices. LOL I guess I did not know that about canned olives and although 99% of the time I buy fresh olives, I have bit on the canned ones in a pinch. I can honestly tell you now that there is no pinch big enough to make me put them in my mouth anymore. I also can taste a huge difference in the food that I put in my mouth now. Once you start eating clean, you'll never go back. Never because I can taste the salt and the gross ingredients used. The chemicals I actually smell sometimes. I am with you on how in Europe and other places Things of that are the same product, are made totally different. I could not believe the difference in candy bars especially. That probably was one of the first places I had discovered the difference but there are so many differences and it is because of some of the things that you have said that I have researched more on natural eating and so I want to thank you.

I also want to thank you for taking the time and energy and fun post, at least seeing that places that don't deserve to be in business because they're ripping us off get to close up shop. Bravo. I want to take the time to thank you for spending so much time putting together your post and making them useful to people who are trying to eat better and stay well. As always, I wish you a wonderful day.

#MarketFriday loves you!

Hi Denise @dswigle, I'm so glad you like the post and that you are on the healthy food train too. It's hard for people to get started down this path, but once they do, few can go back. I hope we soon come to the tipping point. Thank you for all of your great support. I am traveling this friday, but I plan to be back the next and the next and the next...
