Like the police in the small vicinity of any city knows about the pickpockets and culprits of that area but still doesn't arrest them as those criminals are their source of side-income. Here's the same case at massively high scale with ministers and parliamentarians. Top agencies in Pakistan are well aware of this matter, otherwise, a news about spoiling lives of more than 200 children in Kasur was not ignorable by our media and Government.
I really appreciate you highlighted this matter here and wrote a line "We plead", but without any offense, did you really filed a plead or request with any higher authority or agency? If yes, what was the response and if not, then why not?
