Entre las cosas que aprendimos a hacer con el hojaldre, estaban los canoles los cuales llevan la misma crema pastelera de las milhojas.
Para hacerlas se cortan tiras de la masa y se enrollan en esos conos de metal, se hornean y cuando están fríos se desmoldan y rellenan.
Ya para finalizar se espolvorean con azúcar o nevazucar y listo. A disfrutar!
