Talking about cooking, I am quite often looking for ideas in my memories. Then I find myself anywhere else, somewhere in the past, where the most beautiful feelings are waiting. I turn on the oven, take out the cutting board, open the refrigerator, and I really feel like going to the places where I cannot go back, and if I come back, things would be different in any way. Probably, therefore, I am most glad to prepare those dishes that have their own history.
