Screen Mirroring - Android/Win10 Tutorial - Vysor

Greetings Steemian's

I decided to make a short tutorial for a simple solution to screen mirroring for Android onto Windows 10 PC.

My reason for this was for a solution to limited data, and increased productivity while working on PC.

I am on a fixed hotspot rate, but unlimited data on my phone. The process to find an application in which the process was easy and seamless was work for me, and most of the applications that did work were so limited on functionality without paying, that using them was impossible.
