It depends... At home it takes about 4-5 hours. Same for some commercial chargers while parked. However, the Tesla Superchargers take 30-45 minutes! It is impressive as they also place them strategically to have something to do while you wait.
Ah ok, not as long as I thought. I've seen a few here, but none of the Supercharges though. It's not a big thing here. I think the distances we travel may be a problem for infrastructure although I'm sure there'll be a solution someday. Around the cities it could work though.
Yeah, I think they'll get it right and that it's the way of the future...Unless someone comes along with a flux capacitor that runs on banana peels like Doc in Back to the Future.

As the ranges improve I think it will be adopted more and more. I even heard they are considering integrating Solar panels for improving range!
