It's good to be optimistic about the future but ignoring the most important website because it doesn't fit the narrative.
Also Facebook's Libra will likely further contribute to STEEM decline.
Imo if we want the STEEM price to rise inflation has to be slowed down a lot, so the production becomes visible more scarce with time. & STEEM would have to be accepted in the real world eventually.
I think companies across the world would be more likely to accept libra coin when it comes out than STEEM.
well in addition to the Tribe sites consistent rise in Alexa ranking ... you also should be looking at steempeak.com's ranking at 75k with a consistent rise. Those are ALL Steem sites so that is not a Steem decline but rise, only dispersed across the ecosystem.

As for Libra, you are drawing some rather large conclusions about the viability of that. You could be right but there is a major uphill battle on that one, one that might not be won. There are powerful entities fighting back on that one.
