At the current market situation, all smartcoins are in shortage, and the price of 1 bitCNY is more than 10% higher than 1 fiat RMB. This means bitCNY is not perfectly pegged anymore. To make it clear that 1 bitCNY will not be lower than 1 fiat RMB due to the mechanism of "force settle", so bitCNY holders will always be safe. However, the high premium of bitCNY will hurt the system as it encourage people to hoard for speculation，instead of circulating for applications. It means that the maximum value bitshares system can contain is always limited by the volume of bitCNY. If the price of bitshares doesn't continue rising, then the value of bitshares system doesn't increase either.
A solution is to use IOU to add liquidity. For example, the RMBCNY backed by openledger, the RMB backed by btsabc.org, CNC backed by aex.com, and DUC backed by winex.pro. All these IOUs are backed by exchanges,which provide fiat to IOU gateway. Then unlimited value can be transferred into Bitshares system, not even considering the price of bitshares.
Gradually, bitcny will be more used as a way of keeping your fund secure, without worrying about the safety of gateways. UIA+smartcoin will become the mainstream.

一个比较好的解决方案时发行交易所背书的IOU，比如openledger的RMBCNY, aex的CNC，winex的DUC，以及btsabc的RMB。这些UIA由于发行总量不受限制，因而可以容纳无限的价值。网关作为法币和UIA的承兑商，可以作为法币入口。就好比在BTS上搭建了很多个交易所一样，不同交易所上所有的币种价值也都转移到了BTS系统上。
逐渐的，bitCNY为变为一种避险品种，而真正的流通资产是IOU。bitCNY+IOU会是一个完美的搭配。
本质还是BTS价值太低，用第三方信用保证的UIA只是又回到几大机构中心化竞争的老路。用BTS行使BTC的价值支付作用才能拯救这个生态，当你做到跌下来的时候别人抢着买BTS的时候就不会担心什么流动性不够了。多开点BTS交易对吧，真正的第一个在交易系统链上的平台币。
BTS作为基础货币交易对需要BTS本身市值足够大。目前连NEO都做不到这一点，BTS暂时还不太行啊。
另外NEO本来就是为了做智能合约虚拟机的，做交易对本身就有点奇怪。我感觉在ETH上ICO的歪门邪道太多了，都把这条路给带歪。BTS本身就是为支付交易而生，一开始的目的就是代替BTC，如果不推出去，基本就没救了。
从后面开始的都要自己去推广做市的了，想靠像BTC那样的病毒式发展是很难的，没有抓到先机就要积极的推陈出新。重新发一个定价币其实就是想借法币的信用而已，难度上和有一定社群基础的BTS去做其实没太大区别。把去中心化交易这个概念好好推广出去，一定可以在现在交易所被政府限制的大环境下走出来。另外还有一点，市值不够大，只是因为连社区自己都不相信这个东西，不愿意推动他壮大，潜意识里不相信价值才没有行动。有想法的人都在行动，循序渐进吧，愿手上的BTS越来越多。
