I have as a routine practicing taekwondo and hapkido every 2 days and I effort every day to be better and having a positive mind, but sometime is hard to follow happyness, that's why I always try to be in peace with everyone for not getting stressed... that's another way to avoid sickness :)

The important thing is that, you make an effort to engage your body and mind. Being i peace with yourself and with everyone also helps.
