Ingredients of Buckwheat Dosa
• 1 1/2 cup buckwheat (kuttu)
• 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
• 1 coriander leaves
• 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
• salt as required
• 1/2 cup refined oil
• 1 green chilli
• 1 1/2 tablespoon urad dal
• water as required
• How to make Buckwheat Dosa

Measure 1 To make this delicious dosa recipe, wash and finely chop green chillies in a sports stadium. Next, get hold of a blending jar and add urad dal along with buckwheat in it, grind well to make a fine powder.
• Measure 2 On the other hand, heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a frying pan and add mustard seeds to it. When the germs begin to crackle, add asafoetida in it and saute over medium fire.
• Measure 3 Saute for a few minutes and add the chopped green chilies and required amount of water to it. Mix well and pour the concoction into the flour powder. Mix well to make a smooth batter.
• Measure 4 Grease a non-stick pan with a few drops of oil and spread a small quantity of the batter from the center. Cook from both the sides until it becomes golden brown.
• Measure 5 Yours Buckwheat Dosa is ready and serve hot with your favorite chutney!
