I give my respects to @fullcoverbetting as this is not easy to accomplish for many reasons but dedication and consistency pay off in the long term. Just look at the exposure he is getting by your mention. I will be following him because I want to learn what he is doing so I can also grow my SP organically as well!

There is no real secret beside engagement and persistence! Maybe there is, writing about your passion does help keep being motivated!
The most important thing is not the SP which you can generate but how much fun you are having here!
