I also feel that the community has certainly taken these new users under their wing! The amount of engagement and interactions I am seeing is encouraging and truly bringing more motivation to the new users as they start their journey around the ecosystem. In addition, given the continued development of front-end interfaces being developed, it is becoming easier to actively engage and share experiences.
The only current limitation is bandwidth given the resource credit system but their continues to be a number of initiatives to help active users improve their bandwidth by delegating some Steem Power to these users that actively engage and need the bandwidth. There will continue to be more communities that provide this support until the development of resource credit pools are finalized which will provide even more options for the community.
As @sndbox continues to support the @steemonboarding initiative, they continue to promote it via a weekly post on Wednesday where you can introduce somebody in the comments section as win rewards for both accounts. I continue to participate as I curate the #introduceyourself tag weekly and provided the following submission this week:
@kuyakris is a new Steemians with an interesting background. The introduction was focused on his passion for music but also showed his experiences with gaming and programming. I actually discovered his blog from another post written about his journey with gaming and programming due to the fact that he wants to take his skills to develop blockchain and has already been a contributor to several. I think it is great to have developers onboarding on to our ecosystem with these capabilities!

@letrasolvidadxs is a young student from Venezuela that throughout the adversity presented in his life and that of his family has sought to be inspired by his love for football (soccer) and his inspiration to create stories with poetry. His introduction inspires to finish his studies to seek growth outside of his country and to publish his literature which he has continued to share on social media and wants to bring it to Steem now.
@bestblogger is a new Steemian that presented her family and her thoughts of using here experience as a mom in the home to share them with the community on Steem. She wants to use her spare time to engage with the community and share her experiences.
@veronicaleiva is a young Venezuelan architecture student that introduced her interest and expectations as she starts to engage on the platform. She enjoys the arts and focuses on music, literature, and photography. She also has been active in marketing and selling on social media which caught my attention as she seems to have the idea to lost here on Steem as she does in other social media.
@wally982 is an Argentinian that has shared his journey in computer science to offer assistance and engagement on the Steem blockchain. He has actively leveraged with knowledge of computers and his recent experiences improving security due to supporting a safety system for fire and smoke detection. He intends to also share information about his country and city with the community.
I hope this to be an evolving process to the benefit of the community so please continue providing feedback to support these and all the new users coming to the platform. I am looking forward to more new users coming and engaging with the community to solidify the social aspect of the #STEEM blockchain.
