Otomikosis ialah infeksi pada liang telinga yang disebabkan oleh jamur, baik jamur aspergillus, plyrosporum, candida albicans.
Nah mengapa ini bisa terjadi ??
Biasanya jamur ini suka pada keadaan yang kelembabannya yang sangat tinggi
Gambaran Klinis :
Rasa gatal dan terasa penuh pada liang telinga
Dapat tanpa keluhan apapun
Pada saat membersihkan telinga, kotoran tampak kehitaman
Tata Laksana :
Bersihkan liang telinga menggunakan larutan asam asetat 2% dalam alkohol, larutan iodium povidon 5 % atau dapat menggunakan obat tetes telinga yang mengandung campuran antibiotik dan steroid.
