BACKSTORY

Blackwell, Texas is a small town with a big problem. Around 10 years ago two scientist choose Blackwell as the site for their small nuclear power plant. They weren't going to provide nuclear power just for the surrounding towns, but they also wanted to make one time use cell phone batteries with a life of 1 year. They spoke with a series of consultants familiar with creating power plants and they were able to begin their business with customers in China, India, and England for their first seven years.

In the eighth year, sales began to drop and their high operating costs required severe cut backs to maintain profitability. They laid off the waste disposal technicians and scrambled to find new workers who could do the job at a quarter of the price. Waste disposal technicians typically go through an offsite 2 week training, but human resources condensed the training into 3 days. When the waste disposal manager tasked the new workers to deliver the backlog of nuclear waste to the disposal site, the workers crimped some of the waste disposal containers poorly. Due to the two day deadline, the workers rushed to get the nuclear waste disposal container loaded into a delivery truck.

As the driver transporting the containers came to a sudden stop to let a family cross the road, several of the waste containers slid towards the front of the truck as the cap seals popped off several of the containers. When the truck accelerated 7 containers tipped down and began releasing the contents which leaked out of the vehicle as it passed Old Creek Reservior.

Shop and Drop Market was one of the last businesses to be notified that Blackwell was now a superfund site as the risk to human heath and the environment was high.

The EPA visited Blackwell with hazmat suits and generated this report for your team.

EPA ADMINISTRATIVE MEMO

URGENT

February 17, 2018; Initial visit yielded high levels of 2300 mSv coming from the Spawnee River surrounding the Shop And Drop Supermarket. Parked cars and commotion inside the building
revealed there were survivors.
February 18, 2018; After visiting the supermarket our team confirmed there are no human survivors.
February 19, 2018; An anonymous informant called into our office to report there appeared to be survivors within the supermarket. We advised them, per our public report, that we confirmed there are no human survivors in or around the building.

MISSION

You have been tasked to remove all survivors.
You must turn off the Pinkcoin ATM in the supermarket by inserting the managers USB key.
You must also retrieve the hard drive storing video footage from the store when you are about to leave the supermarket. This footage will be reviewed to determine which players have acted honorably during this mission.

According to our intelligence, someone in the building began withdrawing PINK from a customers wallet, but we engaged a fail safe to prevent the rest of the funds from being withdrawn.

You are advised to wear the hazmat suits provided and not consume any food or water in the supermarket. Canned goods are the only item that can be consumed.

I am your Market Master (MM). You can make progress in the game by typing the word "question" in parenthesis or the word "action" as shown in the following example:

(question) Is my hazmat suit on correctly?
(question) Is the canned tuna safe to eat?

As players and spectators arrive know that everyone is free to comment and help. Players who have registered by commenting with the following statement will be entered into the game log and begin the game:

(action) Put hazmat suit on to start the game.

There is another jackpot hidden in the game. The player who finds it can choose one of three charities and the PINK in the jackpot will be sent to a POS wallet mints coins for the charity chosen.

Game play attacks work with dice rolls. I use https://www.random.org/dice/ and post the dice rolled on the game log. Rolling a 1 is very bad luck. Rolling a 6 allows you to and 6 to your attack value. To allow weapons, I will be rolling to see if the player or monster attacks. A 1-3 roll means there is a miss. A 4-6 roll means the attack is successful at the attack value of the fighters weapons.

The game board is in your mind and your imagination and curiosity will be your best tools on this mission. Good luck!

7:34 PM	@mikepm74 looks around.	He sees a Shop and Drop sign. He is at the front of the supermarket. He sees a shopping cart corral off to the left, the entrance before him, and the back of a couple machines that are on the other side of a window. Off to the far left there is a parking lot followed by a marsh. To the far right he sees a marsh.
7:39 PM	@robin-mctities checks his suit to make sure there are no tears or gaps.	Everything looks good.
7:53 PM	@pbock looks through the windows near the shopping carts.	@pbock sees several check out aisles. There also seems to be the outlines of two people or two figures at two of the cash registers standing and barely moving.
8:08 PM	@robin-mctities walks up to the entrance and through the doors.	The entrance doors open automatically then stop before the opening all the way. @robin-mctities has to walk in sideways to get through. He walks straight forward and enters an aisle with water, tonic water, and seltzer to the left. On the right are chips, cheese puffs, pretzels, and popcorn. First player inside the supermarket bonus!
8:17 PM	@daclawboyz puts a hazmat suit on.	@daclawboyz is in the game with 100 HP.
8:33 PM	@inquiringtimes puts a hazmat suit on.	inquiringtimes is in the game with 100 HP.
8:34 PM	@inquiringtimes walks sideways through the door	...and walks into the water and snack food aisle to stand next to @robin-mctities
8:35 PM	@irwanumpal is a little queasy but is still able to put a hazmat suit on.	@irwanumpal has 99 HP.
8:42 PM	@robin-mctities sees @pbock looking through the windows and signals him to come inside quickly.
8:44 PM	@daclawboyz walks through the entrance sideways looking for a weapon.	He sees the entrance mat he walked on and just past the entrance he sees a set of machines to the right of the entrance, shopping carts , a series of end cap displays, and small black baskets. He stops at checkout aisle number 1 which has tabloids. One tasteful tabloid claims: "Mel Gibson caught at the beach! What happened to his nice ass?" and "Beyoncé spent $3000 on this hair clip."
9:04 PM	@robin-mctities looks for the room with the security cameras.	He can't see any other rooms from where he is. He looks above at the ceiling and sees a dome camera at the center of the supermarket about one aisle over.
9:14 PM	@pbock checks the shopping cart corral and doesn't see anything until he gets near the parking lot.	One survivor has been found. @pbock walks with the survivor and helps them through the entrance before joining with the rest of the group between the water and snack aisle.
9:23 PM	@romangoddess puts on a hazmat suit. She checks the suit to see if there are any tears or gaps. Everything looks good.	@romangoddess has entered the game with 100 HP.
9:43 PM	@pbock doubles back and leaves the survivor between the water and snacks.	He walks over to the group of machines. The first machine is a newspaper vending machine. The second machine is a bottle recycle machine. The third machine is a PinkStar machine that donates a random amount of PINK to the charity chosen by the player.
10:40 PM	@inquiringtimes walks to the back of the store.	He walks through the baking and water aisle and past the organic and new age drinks aisle. He stops between an end cap with bamboo sticks and marshmallows on his left. He can see a deli with a strange creature behind the counter and about two aisles to the right. Directly to his right is a bin of stuffed animals. @inquiringtimes doesn't see any maps.
10:45 PM	@mikepm74 realizes the best way to find the room with security camera monitors is by walking around the perimeter of the store.	@mikepm74 walks along the edge of the aisles to the right and passes several endcaps with easter chocolate, cereal, toilet paper, and paper towels. He finds the second survivor! He gets to the wall and turns to the left where he finds the diaper monster!
10:51 PM	The diaper monster is facing away and uses a turn to see who is behind him.	The diaper monster's attack is and its health is
10:54 PM		The diaper monster! (gross)
10:55 PM	The MM is tired.	The MM needs to rest. I will resume the game tomorrow.
9:39 AM	The MM makes up and drops 7 extra hazmat suits for the survivors.	7 hazmat suits added to the game.
1:25 PM	@pbock walks closer to the third machine and which is a Pinkstar.	The Pinkstar is a machine that allows you to donate a specific amount of PINK to a wallet that will support a charity. Someone has left 12000 PINK on the machine but hasn't selected a charity. Here are your choices. 1) Cardiac Kids 2) Zwischenraum Thurgau (Swiss Montessori School) 3) Pink Acorns (POS PINK wallet that donates minted PINK to the Pinkcoin wallets with the least amount of PINK). Please choose a charity or discuss this choice with your team.
5:22 PM	@robin-mctities grabs the hazmat suits that the MM has left for the survivors.	@robin-mctities has 7 hazmat suits.
5:23 PM	@pbock checks the newspaper dispenser and there are several copies of the same paper.	@pbock sees the following information.
5:25 PM	@mikepm74 is near the diaper aisle and the cleaning aisle and he has forged a paper towel javelin that has attack. He also has a spray bottle of Farm and Glamour disinfectant spray that has attack.	@mikepm74 has two weapons!
5:46 PM	@inquiringtimes grabs a piece of the bamboo display, which is conveniently made of bamboo and uses it as a shield for defense. When @inquiringtimes peers behind the deli counter he sees this creature (with attack and hp) without it noticing him.
6:03 PM	@pbock presses the Cardiac Kids button and hears a blippity blopity bloop sound until a receipt slowly prints out.
7:22 PM	@inquiringtimes grabs a thick bamboo stick ( attack) and offers the Charzo a small, medium, and large teddy bear. Charzo turns to @inquiringtimes and devours the small and large teddy bears. He takes the medium teddy bear and rams it onto @inquiringtimes bamboo stick. Charzo ( attack and HP) rolls a and appears to be choking on a large teddy bear eye for damage. Charzo falls over and melts into a thin puddle of black ooze.	@inquiringtimes defeats the first monster!
7:31 PM	@daclawboyz has 12 glass soda bottles he will use as projectiles.	Each soda bottle has attack.
8:26 PM	@inquiringtimes looks behind the counter where the Charzo stood and there is a scale, a waste basket filled with numbered tickets, and a heavy countertop meat slicer. When he turns to the left he sees a doorway with an employees only sign.	@inquiringtimes finds a new door.
8:29 PM	@daclawboyz cheers for @inquiringtimes then quiets down so he doesn't attract attention to himself. @daclawboyz sees the Diaper Monster and @mikepm74 having a stare off and doesn't want to get near the stench of the putrid diaper. @daclawboyz walks through the soda and diapers aisle and is frightened by to altered employees in the books and gift cards aisle. He tip toes between the liquor and cleaning aisle and walks through an entrance that says employees only. He finds two victims, but also finds two Charzos (Charzo one: attack HP, Charzo two: attack HP . He is currently in a room that connects to the mens and ladies bathrooms and that also has a door labelled management. The Charzos roll a and a and Charzo two attacks @daclawboyz for 2 damage.	@daclawboyz has 98 HP.
9:20 PM		@daclawboyz shoots a projectile at Charzo one rolls a and the cap shoots between the Charzos and bounces off the wall and hits him in the eye for 1 damage. @daclawboyz now has 97 HP. @daclawboyz uses one filled bottled as a filled baton ( attack) and attempts to hit Charzo two. He rolls a and successfully connects with a blow to the gooey torso inflicting more damage than it can bear. Charzo Two is dead.
9:30 PM	@mikepm74 sprays the paper towel javelin with disinfectant spray and adds attack bring the javelin's attack to 8 attack.	@mikepm74 tries to launch the javelin into the stinky center of the diaper but rolls a . He has dropped his paper javelin to take a deep breath and gets damage from inhaling that vile diaper air. @mikepm74 has 99 HP.
10:06 PM	@daclawboyz tries to throws a bottle at Charzo one and rolls a . He swings and barely misses.
10:23PM	@inquiringtimes walks through the door leading to the warehouse where delivery trucks leave shipments. Boxes upon boxes line the shelves along the walls. As @inquiringtimes scans the room he sees a forklift on the far side of the warehouse near a large sliding entry door and a smaller door with an exit sign. There is a walk in refridgerator on his left and nearby in front of the sealed metal door there is a Charzo standing over a survivor. On the right there is another Charzo standing over survivor near a door leading back to the butcher area. There is another door near the butcher door that says management.	@inquiringtimes inspects the warehouse.
10:48 PM	The MM is delighted to see all the bravery and curiousity this round. He also shed a tear when 6000 PINK was donated to help Cardio Kids. The MM is going to sleep.	The MM will return tomorrow.
7:12 AM	The MM will be in weekday mode, where players are free to post one action, but won't see an immediate response until the afternoon. Sometime in the afternoon, actions will appear as fast as they have up to now.	Weekday mode engaged.
4:33PM	@mikepm74 double checks his hazmat suit and realizes this diaper odor smells worse than the radiation. He double checks to make sure no one sees him pick up his javelin and rolls a before tossing the javelin into the heart of the diaper. He throws it so fast it ignites the fluid for an additional attack damage, which is 8 attack. The diaper juices and flame create a caustic chemical causing the diaper monster to combust into a pile of ashes.	@mikepm74 takes down the Diaper Monster!
4:39 PM	@pbock talks to the first survivor and asks him if he knows anything about the pinkcoin atm, any managers, or the layout of the store. The survivor says, There is an ATM here? If it exist I am sure it doesn't work. I have been on the ground so long I don't remember where anything is, but the last place I remember was near the checkout. There is probably some kiosk with information there. The survivor coughs repeatedly and takes a few large gulps from the water next to him.	@pbock is informed of a kiosk.
4:44 PM	@daclawboyz grabs a bottle and shakes it before rolling a . Shaking the bottle adds an additional damage and he clocks the Charzo in the shoulder. The bottle explodes in every direction inflicting 5 damage on the Charzo and leaving him with 1 HP left. Charzo rolls a tosses a ball of radioactive sludge knocking @daclawboyz in the head for 1 damage (96 HP)	The @daclawboyz and Charzo battle rages on.
6:21PM	@daclawboyz rolls a And successfully lands a super soaker shot in to the Charzos throat.	The Charzo is dead. @daclawboyz finds two survivors.
7:35 PM	@robin-mctities leads a survivor to the entrance and gets them a hazmat suit.
7:37 PM	@inquiringtimes heads towards the closest Charzo ( attack HP) he can see, which is on the left near the dairy refrigerator. @inquiringtimes rolls a (yet another 5?!!) before to drop kick the Charzo to deal a attack.	Charzo near the dairy refrigerator 5 HP.
9:42 PM	MM has messed up the turn order and grants everyone a silent gift to say sorry!	Silent gift is being sent now.
9:56 PM	@robin-mctities and @pbock have a brief meeting at the entrance. Apparently the survivor told @robin-mctities that there are two Charzos at the checkout that attacked several survivors trying to escape.	@robin-mctities relays info to @pbock.
9:58 PM	@romangoddess has travelled along the perimeter of the building and thought she were entering in the south east corner, but they have travelled into the back of the supermarket and walked into the warehouse. @romangoddess sees an injured Charzo, a victim, and a speedy @inquiringtimes ahead and to the right near the back of the dairy refrigerator. Up ahead and to the left, she sees a Charzo hovering over a victim. Even further to the left is a door that says management.	@romangoddess found the warehouse!
10:02 PM	@mikepm74 carries out the victim and checks her pockets before zipping her up into the hazmat suit.	@mikepm74 gains a pack of gum ( attack), cigarettes ( attack when lit), and a lighter () attack.
10:30 PM	@inquiringtimes rolls a and attempts to stab the Charzo, but barely grazes its side. It rolls a and successfully lands a damage tar slap.	@inquiringtimes is at 99 HP
10:44 PM	@daclawboyz has helped 2 survivors find hazmat suits near the entrance.
11:08 PM	The MM is closing shop for the night.
2:53 PM	@romangoddess looks around the dusty warehouse and sees there is a nail gun underneath the unassembled pallets.	@romangoddess has a nail gun that has attack
3:00 PM	@pbock sees a Charzo at checkout aisle 2 and looks for weapons along the way to giving this monster a beating. He only sees bags of cheese puffs, small supermarket baskets, and rolls of coins in the open cash register in checkout aisle 1.	@pbock needs to choose a weapon before attacking the Charzo ( attack and damage.
3:28 PM	@pbock grabs two supermarket baskets ( attack) and does a sideways spin leap over checkout aisle one. He rolls a and lands two hits on the Charzo for a total of 4 damage.	Charzo at checkout 2 is dead.
7:12 PM	@daclawboyz pounces on the dead Charzo at checkout aisle two, but it is already dead. The Charzo at checkout aisle 4 notices a commotion and flings itself at @daclawboyz while tossing a tar ball @pbock. The Charzo rolls a and lands on the conveyor belt at check out aisle three. Charzo's tarball curves wide and hits the window.	Charzo at checkout aisle 4 tries to attack @daclawboyz and @pbock.
7:18 PM	@pbock finds a key that appears to be a cash register key among the sludge of the first Charzo.	@pbock finds a cash register key.
7:20 PM	@robin-mctities selflessly gets the remaining survivors to the mustering point. He looks around for a sign revealing where the household tools are, but he can only see the following in the baking aisle: A rolling pin, a chef's knife, and a beautiful silicon dipped whisk.	@robin-mctities ponders on the best make-shift weapon.
7:23 PM	@harryspeed17 asks his teammates for the suit the MM had dropped outside the supermarket. He also asks about the proper way to join the game.
7:25 PM	@romangoddess uses her nail gun to shoot at the Charzo ( attack, HP) and says, "Bam! bam! bam!" She rolls a and successfully gets a direct shot to the Charzos head for 2 damage	Charzo has 1 HP
8:50 PM	@romangoddess does a back flip and shoots the Charzo while she lands. She rolls a and accidently shoots two nails at once wiping out her Charzo and hitting @inquiringtimes's Charzo for 8 damage and killing it as well. @inquiringtimes goes to hit his Charzo, but composes himself and thanks @romangoddess for that impressive shot.	Two more survivors are saved.
8:55 PM	@daclawboyz sees the Charzo leaping at him and rolls a . As the Charzo ( attack, HP) leaps over him he says, "Do you need a receipt for these?" and cracks it in the head for 1 damage. The Charzo tries to swipe at @daclawboyz after landing, but rolls a nearly hits its own face.	Charzo from checkout aisle 4 has 1 HP.
11:14 PM	@pbock rolls a and misses the Charzo who is difficult to strike between the narrow check out aisles. Charzo rolls a and claps its slimey hands around @pbocks head for 10 damage. @pbock is stunned by the blow and falls to the ground. The Charzo has lost track of @pbock who is trying the cash registers he's seen and has no luck getting his key to open the cash registers at checkout aisles 1-4.	@pbock has 90 HP
11:21 PM	Goodnight players. See you tomorrow.
5:07 PM	harryspeed17 finds a spare suit and has joined the game.	harryspeed17 gets 100 HP
7:28 PM	@romangoddess rolls a and leaps into the air to perform a spinning bird kick on the Charzo for 8 damage.	Charzo near the fridge is dead. The 2nd warehouse survivor is rescued.
7:36 PM	@robin-mctities summons his inner McGyver (and a little McGruber) and assembled a rolling knife that deals damage.	@robin-mctities has a new weapon (and he isn't afraid to use it).
7:49 PM	@daclawboyz grabs a hand full of big league chew and chews his heart out (...figuratively, of course). The Charzo gets a little jelly and says, "Me want!! Chew chew!!" @daclawboyz rolls a and tosses it into the Charzo's mouth. The Charzo manages to blow a really big bubble on his first try, but it explodes and destroys him due to an allergic reation.	Charzo in checkout aisle 4 is gone.
7:49 PM	The MM grabs the dice and has an independent auditor test them to make sure they are balanced. The MM says it isn't fair that the players get this many sixes.	Auditor confirms the dice are legit and says, "Life isn't fair."
8:45 PM	@daclawboyz re-enters the employees only area and hears coughing from inside the ladies and mens bathroom. He also sees a door that says management only.
10:14 PM	@romangoddess checks in with the victims and assures them they will be OK. She walks over to @inquiringtimes who responds with... . One of the survivors tells @romangoddess that the management area has a security room, but there were several monsters there and the survivors recommend getting a map at the kiosk. They also say the manager is probably the victim in the management only area.	@romangoddess talks with the survivors.
10:25 PM	@daclawboyz swings open the mens bathroom door and sees a victim hiding. The victim tells @daclawboyz that there is a female survivor hiding in the women's bathroom that is the shift supervisor. Before opening the ladies bathroom, he quietly opens the management only door and sees a total of 4 creatures and can only identify one Charzo in the group. @daclawboyz quietly closes the door.
10:43 PM	@daclawboyz brings the two survivors to safety and the shift supervisor asks @daclawboyz if he his party has store maps. @daclawboyz's response is... . She rolls her eyes and grabs store maps for the party. She says, Don't make your life so hard by trying to fly blind! ... before handing him 10 maps.	Maps are in @daclawboyz's possession.
10:55 PM	Closing shop! Goodnight.
6:13 PM	@pbock tries his keys in register 5 and they don't work. @pbock tried his keys in register 6 and looks up as the key turns. He is standing next to the kiosk with the maps. The key turns all the way and he finds 13500 PINK.	Half of the PINK bounty has been found.
∞	The MM stops game time and speaks with @pbock. You have done very well in this game. Please, discuss the best way to allocate this treasure you've found with the rest of your party.	The MM appears and disappears as time continues.
11:48 PM	Closing shop. Please discuss with @pbock the best way to distribute the PINK funds + the other half of the charity funds.
7:07 PM	(Monsters: 2 Charzos (3 attack, 3 HP) , 1 Marsh Monster(6 attack, 5 HP), and 1 Marshmellow Monster (5 attack, 2 HP). @daclawboyz grabs a mop ( attack) and bleach ( attack) from the bathroom and slowly pours it into a room with four monsters. The monsters are crouded around a room labelled security room. @daclawboyz rolls a and the bleach starts eating away at the monster meet. One of the monsters threw a bottle of Jack Daniels it was drinking, but the glass bottle landed in the center of the monster group and shattered, mixing the alcohol with bleach. A chloroform gas rises up and gathers near the ceiling as Marsh monster was able to quickly exit out of a door between the offices only taking 1 damage. The bleach does 10 damage, wiping out the other three monsters.	Marsh Monster(6 attack, 4 HP).
7:40 PM	The manager immediately runs out of the security room and near the bathrooms, as @daclawboyz closes the door. The manager says, OK fine. It was me. I tried withdrawing the PINK that was supposed to go to the rescue team. You'll have to visit this website, and punch in the numbers you see when you first arrive to the site loaded on my computer. The site will copy an encoded file associated with the number from the website. Plug the USB key into the ATM to get the rest of your funds. Oh, I'll grab the victim in the office and bring her with the others. The manager runs off to his office with a cloth over his face and asks @daclawboyz to type in the number from the website.	The manager circles the location of the Pinkcoin ATM on the map and gives @daclawboyz a USB key.
7:49 PM	@romangoddess, @robin-mctities, and @pbock jump into the management area where puddles of monsters and bleach await them. They look around and give each other high fives for scaring the monsters away.
7:54 PM	@harryspeed17 joins the game with his suit fully functional.
∞	The MM would like to inform the players that Steemit's 7 day editing window is rapidly approaching. Make sure you make your way to the ATM and decide what you will do with the half of the PINK prize going to charity, and the PINK bounty. Otherwise I will be forced to do an even split for all players (bounty) and will send the remaining charity PINK to Cardic Kids.
